We attach great importance to shipping your order on time. After all, nothing is more annoying than having to wait a long time for your order.
We strive to fulfill all orders within 1-8 working days to send. If an order is urgent, please contact us.
We ship all our orders with Postnl. We charge a fixed shipping price of €4.95, from 75 euros we ship your items for free.
The big advantage of a letterbox post is that you... don't have to be at home to receive the package: it fits through the letterbox!
PostNL Parcel Service
Naturally, some products do not fit through the letterbox, they are sent as a package.
Orders with multiple products can also sometimes not be sent as letterbox post, the amount remains the same as the standard rate €4.95
We use the standard PostNL Parcel Service for these shipments.
The order will be shipped with a Track and Trace code that allows you to follow the shipment until delivery.
On the day of delivery you will receive a 2-hour period during which the delivery person will come by to deliver the package. So you don't have to wait at home all day for the delivery person to come by.

We also ship our products to Belgium via PostNL's parcel service.

These shipments also have a Track & Trace code with which you can follow the shipment until delivery.
Cancel
Do you still want to cancel the purchase after payment? It is then possible to cancel the order free of charge until the order has been shipped.
You can cancel your order by sending an email to customerservice@kletskouz.nl stating your order number.
We will refund the paid amount to your account within 14 days.
